# OFFICE
Sounds like...Mood stabilizers, honey, Bill Hicks, and resin...The band is known throughout the Chicago indie rock community for their quality songwriting, higher-level production standards, inspired live performances, neutral positioning within their own competitive musical scene, and complete disregard for most critical feedback they receive, whether positive or negative. They have been somewhat successful in the last few years promoting a sound that has been described by SPIN (magazine) as "handclaps and sunny harmonies", which is ironic, since the lyrics are far from "sunny and fun."
# APTEKA
If The Clientele were a punk band: people prone to fistfights with their brothers, with flicking light-switches til they break. If snowstorms shed sparks or cicadas caught fire. If you longed so much for something that you could never sleep again. Or if all your friends started playing electric guitars at once.
# ULTRA SONIC EDUKATORS
The group's writing style is firmly rooted in the mid-'90s British explosion; some fault them for that, but we are of the opinion that the world would be better off if more bands took their cues from that point in time.
#CHATTY CATHY
Chatty Cathy is an exercise in experience-by-proxy; They are a lyrical form of verbal influenza; They are all four corners of the room where you were unfaithful; They are the bad guys you love to loath; They are the good guys you will continue to ignore.
